Adam graduated with honors from Central Penn College in Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and majored in Accounting. Additionally, Adam attended Bloomsburg University for two years where he played football for the Huskies. He is a 2002 graduate of Lampeter Strasburg High School where he's a member of the Hall of Fame.

Adam lives in Lancaster, PA with his wife Alexandria and their two children Leah and Bryce. His interests include playing softball and golf, watching movies, and spending time with his family.
